BOOKING POLICY

We appreciate your business. Your credit/ debit card will be billed to complete the reservation and the balance is due on the day of the service. We happily accept Cash, Credit or Debit cards ONLY. (No Checks, No Refunds on deposits and or balances). When booking your appointment you will be asked to place a credit/debit card on file to complete the deposit transaction. This deposit will be applied to your total balance and is due on the day of your appt. Deposits are non-refundable. 

By booking an appointment you acknowledge having read and agreed to both the Booking Policy and Pre-Treatment Instructions. Please complete the applicable consent form prior to booking your appointment.


BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: 

  • No coffee or other stimulants 

  • No Alcohol or other blood thinners

  • No Retin A skincare products

  • If you have any questions concerning medical conditions please consult your doctor before scheduling your appointment and if needed bring a doctors note to your appointment.

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE:

  • Under the age of 18

  • Pregnant or nursing

  • Taking blood thinning medications

  • Viral infections or diseases

  • Keloid prone

  • A cancer patient or cancer survivor

  • Prone to hyper-pigmentation

LATE POLICY:

Appointments will be CANCELLED if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. To reschedule your appointment, another deposit is required. ONE rescheduling will be allowed, at the technician's discretion. Same day cancellations will be charged the price of the FULL SERVICE. No children or pets during your session. If your appointment is canceled due to you bringing children or pets, a new appointment and deposit is required.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Rescheduling appointments will be possible if artist is given a one week notice (7 days) prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are rescheduling within one week of your appointment date you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. A new deposit is required to reschedule for a future date.

CLIENTS WITH PREVIOUS SEMI-PERMANENT TATTOOS

If you have had previous semi-permanent tattoo or microblading by another artist, please send clear pictures before making an appointment so we can evaluate your case. Please call 516-699-1161 or email info@babewithablade.com. If you fail to notify us of previous tattooing, you will lose your deposit & appointment. We do not work over pre-existing tattoos unless it is pre-approved by the Technician.  

STUDENTS 1 ON 1 PRIVATE or GROUP TRAINING (call for appointment)

Private/ Group training is offered for Microblading/Shading & Ombre Powder method. It is a one day training from 9am to 5pm. Every student will receive a starter kit. At the end of the course, the students will receive a certificate of completion. Please refer to our TRAINING page for complete break down of training classes.

DISCLAIMER

Although we stand by the quality of our work, you should note that due to its semi-permanent nature, results cannot be guaranteed. Retention of the pigment and overall outcome depends solely on the client's skin type, immunity, and how diligently they follow the aftercare instructions.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service in the event that client is deemed not suitable for the procedure, or if policy terms and conditions are not adhered to.
